Ductless Mini-Splits · Nationwide
Ductless mini-split installation
A mini-split is a small heat pump with an outdoor unit and one or more indoor heads connected by a refrigerant line through a 3-inch hole. It's the usual answer for garages, casitas, additions and rooms the central system can't keep cool.
- Same-day appointments when available
- Licensed HVAC contractors
- Written price before any repair

Mini-splits solve problems found everywhere: older homes with radiators and no ducts in the Northeast, garages that bake in Southern summers, additions and bonus rooms the central system can't reach, and homes in mild climates that never had AC.
Multi-zone systems run several indoor heads from one outdoor unit. Each room gets its own temperature, which works well for casitas, finished basements and second floors.

Ductless Mini-Split Installation questions
What size mini-split do I need for a garage?+
Many 2-car garages need 18,000–24,000 BTU in hot climates because of poor insulation and the garage door. A load calculation, and insulating the door, can reduce that.
