Air duct cleaning
Duct cleaning makes sense after a remodel, a rodent or insect problem, visible mold, or years of skipped filters. A proper job uses negative-pressure source removal with agitation tools, and includes the blower and coil. A cheap coupon-only cleaning usually doesn't.
- Same-day appointments when available
- Licensed HVAC contractors
- Written price before any repair

The EPA doesn't recommend routine duct cleaning for every home, but it does support cleaning when there is substantial debris, mold or vermin.
Ask whether the company cleans the supply and return trunks, every branch, the blower wheel and the coil, and whether they show before-and-after photos.

How do I avoid duct cleaning scams?+
Be wary of very low-price offers that then add large upsells. A real job takes several hours, and the company should show you before-and-after photos.
